REC BMS MASTER UNIT 10M

REC BMS Master – Slave configuration is designed for high-voltage applications and scalable 48 V parallel setups, this configuration supports up to 12 BMS Slave units, each managing up to 16 cells. Fully compatible with all REC BMS products, it integrates seamlessly with a wide range of high-voltage chargers and inverters, making it ideal for HV applications and advanced Energy Storage Systems.

REC BMS Master 10M:

  • supporting Li-PO, LiFePO4, LiFeYPO4, LiCoO2, LiMnNiCo, LiMnO4 , LTO Lithium-Ion and Sodium-ion chemistry
  • HV Master + max 12 Slave combination (max 192 cells in series)
  • compatible with all REC BMS units: with additional firmware update any REC BMS stand-alone unit may work as REC BMS slave unit
  • single cell voltage measurement (0.1 – 5.0 V, resolution 1 mV)
  • single cell internal resistance measurement
  • single cell under/over voltage protection
  • SOC and SOH calculation
  • over temperature protection (up to 8 temperature sensors per Slave unit)
  • under temperature charging protection
  • 4.0 ohm passive cell balancing
  • shunt current measurement (resolution 19.5 mA @ +/- 500 A)
  • galvanically isolated user defined multi-purpose relay and digital inputs/outputs
  • 3 additional internal relays outputs (normally open)
  • wide range power supply voltage (10.5 – 90 V)
  • galvanically isolated RS-485 and CAN communication protocol
  • error acknowledged and force connect function + LED and buzzer indicator of error states
  • internal battery powered real time-clock (RTC)
  • PC user interface/Wi-Fi module for monitoring, changing settings and data-logging (optional accessory)
